How this list is used: top holders get consistent visibility and social routing across the Track 3 accounts. This is meant to create real discovery and participation — not just a “shoutout.”

Each account has a distinct theme so promotions feel native to the audience — not repetitive. All three accounts point back into the ecosystem using the same two anchors: zora.php (the flywheel overview) and alt-productions.php (submissions).

@waltdisney is the “culture megaphone” — Disney-inspired aesthetics and storytelling energy used to spotlight top holders of 7EVN, plus select smaller creators when it fits the vibe. Posts should stay transformative, original, and art-first.

zorastars.base.eth is the discovery engine on Base — optimized for social onboarding and routing: it highlights creators in a way that attracts fresh eyes, then points them to the broader 7EVN ecosystem. You’ll also be rotating which top holder this account is socially connected to in order to route real attention and participation toward your top holders over time.

Submissions: If you want a spotlight post, use the submission lane on alt-productions.php. Clean packages get posted faster (media + coin_ticker + title + description). Any top holders can submit content to be published through these channels. Just drop the media in discord on directly to me on X.

Liquidity posture & governance intent

Clear stance · no hype language

The promotional accounts are intended to be long-term infrastructure. The default policy is simple:

  • These accounts will not be liquidated as a normal practice.
  • Any exception would require a future governance vote (a DAO vote). The DAO is not established yet.
  • The operating principle is alignment: drive value, attention, and opportunity toward 7EVN and its builders.
If liquidation were ever approved later: the intent would be to route proceeds back to the community in a fair, proportional way (e.g., a community distribution event or ecosystem funding aligned to holders), while avoiding “dividend” framing and avoiding promises of returns. This is documentation of intent — not a guarantee.
Liquidity posture: these accounts are intended to be long-term infrastructure and are not planned to be liquidated except via a future governance vote (DAO not established yet). If liquidation were ever approved, intent is to route proceeds back to the community in a fair, proportional way when that time comes. In the meantime, anyone can buy them, trade them, promote them, hold them, or otherwise use them however you would like right now.
