This option is ideal for occasional or one-off needs without a long-term commitment, hours are documented based on category and billed as performed on a month to month basis.

Calculate Your Rate

Contracting offers clients predictable access to premium web services at a discounted rate. This model guarantees prioritized scheduling, project continuity, and reduced hourly costs compared to on-demand work. Contracts require a minimum term of 6 months and can extend up to 12 months, after which they are subject to renewal or renegotiation. Any hours used beyond the contracted amount are billed at standard hourly rates based on the selected service category. Contracts over 40 hrs/month automatically include a volume discount of up to 15%.


Rollover hours refer to any unused hours from your monthly allotment that can carry over into future months, up to the selected rollover cap. For example, if you contract 20 hours/month and use only 15 in a given month, the remaining 5 hours will be banked for future use—unless your rollover limit has already been reached. Choosing a higher rollover cap adds flexibility but slightly increases the base rate to ensure availability.
